Shipping and Costs
We choose the cheapest shipping method for you. Smaller parcels are typically sent with DHL and the larger parcels (+120 cm long) by parcel service. If you´re not at home to receive the package from DHL you can pick it up from your nearest post office. A parcel service will try to deliver the package twice, and then it is sent back to us. You can choose an alternative delivery address, such as your workplace, to avoid this. We reserve the right to make a partial delivery if it speeds up the delivery.
We charge only a portion of the shipping costs. The costs for processing and packaging are covered entirely by us.
The postage costs for delivery are as follows:
- within Germany and Austria €4.95
NEW! Free shipping for purchases valued at €50 or more (valid for packages up to 30 kg)
- rest of Europe (including Switzerland) €9.95
NEW! Free shipping for orders of €200 or more (valid for packages up to 30 kg)
- rest of the world (non-EU countries) €59.00
Deliveries to non-EU countries such as Switzerland are exempt from VAT. Please note that additional costs, such as customs fees, may apply to orders from outside the EU.
All of our packages are automatically covered by insurance for transport. The risk of damage or loss of goods during transport is assumed entirely by us. This service is absolutely free of charge. If the package shows damage upon arrival, a written complaint must be submitted to the parcel delivery service.
Attention- shipments to Switzerland and other non-EU countries: Because our deliveries are through a parcel service we do not charge VAT. Therefore, we charge a €19.95 flat rate regardless of the value of goods. In the destination country, the local VAT and taxes are recalculated and added. We assume no liability for an additional processing fee.
